Our September Stress Relief Meditation Retreat has successfully completed, welcoming over 70 students to this class. Despite the short daily sessions of just 2.5 hours, students gained many benefits and valuable learnings. Through meditation practice, they not only saw improvements in their physical and mental well-being but also learned to approach life’s pressures with a positive mindset. ✅ Liew Nyook Keow:A week ago, I had mild nasal congestion. Surprisingly, during the first and second days of meditation, my nose discharged a large amount of white mucus. By the third day, my nasal breathing became very clear, and I believe it was the meditation practices helped clear the blockages in my body. Now, I feel much lighter and more refreshed, making it easier and more effortless to get things done!
