18 August 2024, which falls on the 15th day of the seventh lunar month, marks the Ullambana Festival, also known as “Buddha’s Joyful Day.” This is a significant time for us to help our ancestors, past-life parents, and karmic creditors to be liberated from suffering and be reborn in the Pure Land. On this day, Bodhi Meditation Singapore held the “The Ullambana Festival Blessing Ceremony,” welcoming over 400 guests. During the event, guests listened to Grandmaster JinBodhi’s teachings and chanted sincerely, seeking compassionate blessings from Earth Store Bodhisattva. May the departed be guided towards the light and for ourselves and our families to be free from disasters, receive auspicious blessings and enjoy longevity!

After the event ended, guests collected their “Auspicious Food Pack”. Known as the seeds of compassion, the five-coloured grains dispel all disasters and turn them into auspiciousness. Consuming the grains blesses one with good health, longevity and peace.
