I work in the trade industry and need to be in constant contact with my clients. As such, I am constantly on the phone and work with three sets of computers at the same time. Over time, I developed stiff and painful neck and shoulders which caused me to have difficulty turning my head. For the past three years, I have been seeing Western doctors and depended on pain medication. The dosage has increased over the years and I am concerned about it.
