Due to work stress, I suffered from high blood pressure for more than 10 years. My blood pressure once hit 200mmHg. I would feel faint when I bent over to tie my shoelaces. As my blood pressure was considered very high, my doctor had to keep increasing the dosage of my medication, from daily 5mg to 10mg to eventually 20mg daily.
In 2015, I started to practice Energy Bagua. After 108 days of practice, my blood pressure dropped to 140mmHg! My doctor said this was considered normal for someone of my age group. Subsequently, he reduced my daily medication to 5mg and I was so happy! Until now, it has been 7 years and my blood pressure has maintained at this level; I do not feel faint when tying shoelaces anymore.
